Parcelogy Courier & Logistics Platform Terms of Service
1. Account Responsibilities
By registering an account on Parcelogy, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Indian mobile number. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
2. Delivery Policies & OTP Handover
Parcelogy operates an OTP-secured courier model across India. Senders must ensure that recipients are available at the specified drop address with access to the registered mobile number to receive and verify the delivery OTP code. Handovers completed via valid OTP code shall be deemed successfully fulfilled.
3. Strictly Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly forbidden from shipment via Parcelogy. Any attempt to ship prohibited items will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of delivery fees, and reporting to law enforcement authorities:
4. Payment Terms
Delivery fares are calculated based on distance, package weight/volume, and selected delivery speed. Payments must be completed digitally via UPI, credit/debit card, or authorized wallets prior to pickup, unless an approved enterprise credit arrangement is active.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Senders may cancel a booking free of charge prior to a delivery partner accepting the dispatch. Once a rider has been dispatched or is en route to pickup, a nominal cancellation fee may apply to compensate partner travel expenses.
6. Limitation of Liability
Parcelogy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from courier delays caused by severe weather, traffic disruptions, civil unrest, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Google Play compliant Account Deletion Policy.
