In compliance with Google Play Developer Policy on User Data Deletion, Parcelogy provides a straightforward and transparent mechanism for users to permanently delete their account and associated data. Once verified, account deletion is irreversible.
How to Request Account Deletion
Directly in the Parcelogy App
- 1Open the Parcelogy App on your phone.
- 2Go to your Profile tab.
- 3Open Settings.
- 4Tap Delete Account.
- 5Confirm the deletion request via OTP.
Via Email or Web Request
If you cannot access the app, you can submit an official deletion request via email or using our web form below:

Enter your registered mobile number below to initiate verification and request account deletion.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Full name and personal profile info
- Registered mobile phone number
- Email address and account credentials
- Saved pickup & drop delivery addresses
- Account preferences and app settings
- Associated personal profile metadata
Data That May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, taxation, accounting, security, or regulatory compliance:
- Financial and tax transaction records as required by Indian Law
- Fraud prevention and dispute resolution audit logs
- Historical order records retained strictly in anonymized form (detached from identity)
